Miller's Reversible Spinner with Box - Tough. About 6" long body, top of spinner to end of hook (not including rounded leader). The second and more famous version of this lure. Comes with correct matching box.
Lure is in vintage, used, dating somewhere from 1915-1920. Lure has some very minor wear but overall in good shape. Box has wear and writing as shown but overall ok shape, decent for this model. Not many of these survived.
This is one of the all time classic early American Baits. Made by the Union Springs Specialy Co.
